Double sided broadside depicting successive rows of palms with tips on palm reading. Leeotto, along with Romani Leader Ephraim Stevens, petitioned the Seattle City Council Licensing Committee in 1968 to grant a fortune telling license. Both the license and Leeottos offer to read the palm of a councilman were rejected. The former due to laws prohibiting fortune telling. Licensing requirement for Occult Arts were developed for all of Washington State in 1978. No other copies located. 9.75 x 14Age toning. Very Good.
