Almost Fine, inscribed “with best wishes from Maeve Peake - Aug 1965” There are two distinct issues for this title, unrecorded by Winnington in PiP. This earlier issue has a border surrounding the title and illustration on the front cover and not to be confused with copies of the sheets with xeroxed covers. I have attributed this issue as the first since the only presentation copy which I have seen is this issue, and the ones which I have seen presented by Maeve are also of this issue. PiP A14
