8vo. pp. 11 [1]; illustrations. Wrappers, staples a little rusted. "This pamphlet is issued by Officers and Committee as an appeal for subscriptions to carry out a memorial. Convenor and Hon. Secretary: E. Kilburn Scott" Le Price was a true pioneer of moving pictures and shot one of the earliest films in Leeds in 1888. He disappeared after boarding a train from Dijon to Paris and was never seen again. Rare, Jisc lists copies at the Science Museum and University of Leeds only.
