In EL library binding which lacks the usual blindstamped Eric Ravilious-designed 'shell' to cover and with plain endpapers. All edges with dark stain. Volume lacks the dust jacket. --- A Good-only former student copy with quite a lot of markings to endpapers, and with a striking high schooler's doodle to front endpaper, otherwise a sound, intact, tightly-bound copy, though with cocked spine.; 16mo - 6 to 7 in. tall; xix, 410 pages
