Unique side slipcase pocket with companion volume in stapled wraps entitled "'The Revolutionist's Handbook & Pocket Companion" by "John Tanner" (a character in the play). With Shaw's lengthy "Epistle Dedicatory," an introduction by Lewis Casson and with striking color illustrations by Charles Mozley. Undated, but possibly published c.1960s. Sandglass leaflet laid in (New York, no. XIII: 27). --- In brown/red/tan marbled paper hardcovers backed in brown cloth, with gilt-stamped spine titling. Volume wrapped in brown paper-covered slipcase. --- A clean, unmarked, tightly-bound copy but with faintly sunned spine.
