With a special introductory note by the author and illustrations by Will Harmouth. Issued as part of the publisher's First Edition Society series, published prior to the Harcourt Brace Jovanovich trade edition. One of an unspecified number in this limited edition. --- Bound in full burgundy bonded leather covers with four raised bands on spine. Text presented in quality papers. Spine titling, elaborate decorations to covers and spine, and textblock edges all in bright gilt. Tan silk moire endpapers, with matching sewn-in satin ribbon placemarker.
