Possibly published c.1940s-60s, though 1938 date appears in book. In maroon paper-covered slipcase. --- A well-preserved copy: bright, tightly-bound and unmarked, though with a little darkening to spine & a 5 cm strip of brown soiling to textblock fore-edge. Slipcase with light scuffing and a dampstain, otherwise structurally sound.
