Undated, but possibly published c.1940s-1950s. Slipcase covered in blue paper. --- With bookplate removal evidence to front free endpaper, else a tightly-bound, bright and unmarked copy. Fair-only slipcase with tears along a couple of joints and sunning, but able to protect the book.; Quarto - 11 to 13 in. tall; viii, [4], 3-302 pages
