Very scarce off register jacket with black shifted to the right c. 5mm and blue shifted to the left c. 4mm (see images). Some minor tears to the edges of the jacket, but otherwise a remarkably clean and bright copy with no previous owners' names or other defacements. 5.25 x 7.5 in (13 x 19 cm) Dust jacket present.
