Title page: Case Prom / Chamber of Commerce / 14th floor / Terminal Tower / March Fifteenth / Nineteen Hundred Twenty-nine / Nine p.m. until Four a.m. Music by Al Katz and His Eleven Kittens and Walt Easton's Orchestra. Also includes a Menu page, two pages for Dances (only one line is filled in. Another page list Chaperons and a Dance Committee, and the sponsor: Dr. Charles S. Howe. Probably Case Western University, as Dr. Howe was President of the School of Applied Science during that time.
