Booklet is 5" x 4". 36 pages (including covers). Four-color cover, two-color interior (black, red). Back cover shows a war bonds ad (otherwise blank). Story contents include: "Golden Arrow and the Mystery of Lost City" (plus an untitled story where he faces a hooded rider). Near Fine/Fine condition. Unused, unread.
