Offset tanning to pastedowns and endpapers at margins from leather, with some spotting to the leaves. Moderate offset toning to title page below engraving. Armorial bookplate on front pastedown. There is an oval impression to the paper starting with and surrounding the frontis and continuing through the whole text block to varying degrees. Text pages overall quite clean. ; (xxxviii) , 506, (6) contents; original full calf; 6 raised bands; 6 compartments decorated in gilt; leather spine label lettered in gilt; engraved frontis, title vignette, and tail-pieces. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall
