Profusely illustrated with text plates, tipped-in plates, some with color; half-tones in text & plates. Volumes 2 and 3 unbound plates loose in portfolios, as issued, including landscapes and figures. Some accordion fold panoramas as in plate LVI of 13 panels. No. 88 Of 550 copies.
