Aflalos travels recount its drawbacks as well as its delights, its duststorms as well as its sunsets, its mosquitoes as well as its butterflies, its illusions as well as the joy of it. With two chapters on fishing, one on places and maps, another on guides or gillies the world over. A wonderful read, and one of my favorites. Book has an Awards plate dated 1919 from Otago Boys High School, Dunedin, New Zealand on front end-paper. Some minor edge damp staining on top edge of some plates, not affecting body.
