The colorful cover of this attractive booklet is definitely an eye catcher and the condition is superb. At first glance it appears to be a travel guide, but is not. It's a sort of state of the union telling both residents and tourists all the many reasons to be glad they're there! Oddly, it has no date, but the last year quoted for research and statistics is 1936. Black and white photographs abound and are printed on coated paper. Covers all facets of county life. Measures 5-1/4"x7-1/2". An added bonus is a flyer tucked inside from a San Francisco restaurant called The Challenger offering an economy plate luncheon at thirty cents! Two choices -- sausages or spring lamb, both with sides.
