I love this magazine -- always so ahead of the times with stunning photography and grat articles on travel and the arts. The editors chose to showcase the wonders of Hong Kong by featuring in on the cover, but what caught my eye were articles on the French painter Chaim Soutine and a food article by Waverley Root (author of the classic Food by Waverley Root and The Food of France). Here he takes on the apple, the forbidden fruit. Realite is a top drawer magazine -- very elegant and written in Englsh.
