It was made possible by grants from the New Jersey Department of Higher Education and the New Jersey Historical Commission. Begins with the Paleo-Indians and commences in 1758 when the remaining Lanapes sold their land and moved west. Among the topics addressed are: physical appearance, clothing, hygiene, marriage, divorce, children, names, the elders, government, housing, food, hunting and trapping, fishing, and much more.
