Scarce 16 page magazine densely filled with text which marries two causes in this issue -- prohibition and child labor. Measures 9-1/4" x12-1/2" and is clean and tightly bound. Folded for mailing and shows the subscriber's name and VERY minimal address at top edge. The paper has toned on the cover, but has not on the back or inside. There are a couple tiny edge tears, which I repaired with non-browning, almost invisible archival tape. Illustrated with a few small photographs, including a great one with a flag at a WTCU convention. Much information on prohibition, child labor, and the activities around both the state and the country. Very nice historical collectible, not often seen.
