Pretty invitation professionally printed and then decorated with flowers and ribbon by hand. The invitation is one-sided and printed on heavy card stock with decorative scalloped edges on all four sides. It measures 4"x6-1/2" and is in very nice condition. I failed to find anything about the sponsoring group, but Scio College had more lives than a cat. It began as Rural Seminary, a Methodist Episcopal school, and then became New Market College named for its town, and then it was the One Study University which required students to take classes only in their major. That apparently didn't worked out that well, as they dropped the idea and named it Scio College for the town of Scio. Enrollment dropped, however, so the pharmacy department was taken over by the University of Pittsburgh and everything else merged with Mt. Union. A scarce item, but a nice find for the right person.
