Booklet measures 6"x9" and has 84 pages. It's number 6 of the Mediaeval Philosophical Texts in Translation series. Translated from the Latin. There is an introductory text, but the bulk of the material is in small "meditations." Very reminiscent of the spiritual comments of Marcus Aurelius.
