I haven't seen this booklet in years, so was delighted to get one. It's clean and nice with just a few small spots of soil to cover which proved impervious to my magic cleaner. The booklet measures 8-1/2" x 11" and has 56 pages illustrated with maps and black and white photographs. The back cover is also a fold-out showing the park plan designed by Alexander T. Bobersky. The booklet was a study to seek "reorienting, diversifying, and strengthening Youngstown's central city by exploring alternative means of developing physical, visual and symbolic linkages between Youngstown State University and downtown Youngstown."
