The Little Journeys series is one of the most popular of Elbert Hubbard's writings. This single person subject focuses on Roger Ingersoll, a lawyer, a Civil War veteran, a political leader, and an orator in the United States. He was also called The Great Agnostic, though he had been a Christian minister early in his career. The book was made by the Roycrofters, so you know it's beautiful. The jacket shows that wonderful Arts and Crafts graphic on the front and the decoration in the text is in striking color. The booklet measures 5-3/4"x7-1/2" and has 54 pages.The only fault is a chip to top of spine. It's protected in mylar.
