This is a charming little book, the kind that small people are wont to "decorate" and/or relieve of its pages. Fortunately, all pages are here and there is no scribbling. The story is cute, but the art of Margaret Evans Price is the show stealer. An interesting sideline is this fact -- while being am illustrator, Evans and her husband were creating a toy company known to this day as Fisher-Price. The booklet measures 7-1/2" x 10-1/2" and has just 14 counted pages. Every other page is either in full color or in blue and orange. The booklet measures 7-1/2" x 10-1/2".
