I am not a quilter, but I enjoyed looking at the colorful story quilts and then reading the stories which influenced them. Quilters will enjoy that too, but will also be interested in the instructions and overall sewing tips. The booklet measures 8-1/2" x 11" and has 95 pages. The illustrations include both black and white and color photographs (an ample amount) plus drawings. Themes of the quilts include childhood memories, family stories, work, coping with life, vacations and travel, and social commentary. Any number of ideas could be easily added to the list. Booklet is very clean and nice with no names or writing and no spine crease.
