Very nice clean, tightly bound, document bound with a plastic spiral which is still holding well. Booklet measures 8-1/2" x 11" with 24 pages and both diagrams and photographs. The Exchange Hotel was the oldest standing brick structure at the time of the rennovation. it had deteriorated quite a bit after it became a rooming house and a reestaurant/night club. In July of 1977 a raging fire damaged it extensively. It's a very interesting report sprinkled with anecdotes such as Charles Dickens once checked in!
