The intricate embroidery on the costumes for the Ukranian Choir caught my eye immediately. Hours and hours of stitching to make such complex designs are worth it to honor the music and culture of the old country.The choir sang at the Ukrainian German Catholic Church in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. I hoped for the names, but tyhere are none on the back. The photographer, however, was from Sicienski Studio on E. Northampton and S. Hancock Streets in Wilkes-Barre. the image itself measures 9-1/4" x 7-1/2. With the cardboard "frame" it measures 14" x 12". The lower corenrs of the "frame" are a bit worn, but the photo is wonderful.
