Beautifully bound booklet in hard covers with burgundy cloth and gilt lettering to spine and face. The paper is lovely -- pure white with no names or writing anywhere. The booklet measures 7-1/4" x 10-3/4" and has 51 pages. This specific book is marked #697 of a print run of just 1400 copies. Book is also nicely illustrated throughout with beautiful art by H.G. Hussom who drew the map of San Francisco and the front endpapers.T he rest of the drawings are by various other artists. The text was written by the author who survived the disaster. I acquired this book from a collection along with other books and paper. This one, however, is the one that caught my eye.
