The book is oblong in shape measuring 7-1/4" x 10" and has 70 pages. Beautifully illustrated throughout with art in both black and white and watercolor. Tells the history of this beautiful area of Victoria, Australia which encompasses 164 miles of navigable coastline from its discovery in 1797 by George Bass, a surgeon explorer who turned up there in his whaleboat, to the additions in 1951 and 1968 to Harold Arymtage's Castle in the Air, Delgany, which after being a private residence became the 62nd Australian Camp Hospital in the 40's, the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, and a school for deaf children. 70 pages.
