I bought this in the box it came in, but it had brown tape on the flaps, so I had no idea what it would look like. Fortunately, it was easy to lose the tape and the calendar was perfect. There are many full color pictures on full pages. The works include these: Portrait of a Young Woman by Vemeer; Renoir's pretty young girl in blue and lace; Fourteen Year Old Dancer by Degas; Mr. and Mrs Isaac Newton Phelps Stokes by John Singer; and Lady with the A Setter Dog. Mrs. Thomas Eakins was the model and Mr. Eakins the painter. The calendar inside the box measures 7" x 9-1/2. It's nice enpough to be a gift.
