This item is not often found. It's a master plan published in 1968 under the auspices of Joseph Kotabish, Mayor. The book begins with a letter of the Regional Planning Commission. The Independence Council members are also listed. Among the many topics are historic setting, population characteristics, coordinating community growth, a residential plan, a business plan, an industrial plan, a community facilities plan, a transportation plan, and a future plan. There are 10 color maps and 12 tables from existing land inand use in 1967 to estimated 1975 paving width requirements. The maps are very nice, full page with color.
