This book was printed orginally in Madamoiselle Magazine. It's a lovely story which was also made into a Hallmark movie for the holidays. It tells the story of 10 year old Truman Capote and his elderly cousin, Sook, who lived in rural Alabama. There is a story about Thanksgiving too which was also a book and a movie. This book is pristine, as is the slipcase. It measures 6-1/2" x 9-3/4". This is the first time I saw this one in the rose color. It's quite beautiful.
