Derek Boshier (British, born1937) is a painter, sculptor, photographer, and printmaker, and one of the graduates of the Royal College of Art who established Pop Art in the UK. Together with fellow students David Hockney, Allen Jones, Peter Phillips, and R.B. Kitaj, he participated in the landmark 1962 Young Contemporaries exhibition that brought Pop Art to the attention of the wider public in Britain.
