Full vellum with gilt lettering & decoration, purple ties, top edge gilt & other edges untrimmed, signed by Rackham at limitation page (#98), all plates present & excellent. Toning to leaves following plates, vellum warped & discolored, I believe the ties are replacements--the endpapers above them are torn & reglued. The discoloration to the vellum is darker than most but still okay other than two spots of brown discoloration--almost like a rust stain, which are distracting. It is priced accordingly and we believe it to be a nice affordable copy of the limited edition of one of Rackham's best achievements. (I personally like the drawings at the chapter heads as much as the paintings.)
