Plates mostly dated 1898 or 1899, the set appears to have been issued in 1900. ; 5.5 x 8.5"; Spine a bit worn, long label removed from inside front board, binding cracking between 2 pages at one place, otherwise firm, salesman's label John J. Newbegin of San Francisco at front, Newbegin stamp at front and again at rear, prior owner bookplate (Elizabeth and Lewis Haas).
