Blue cloth, front cover with pastedown b&w photo of child in circle and gold lettering, includes dietary advice for raising children, forms for recording important events, charming drawings (initials F.S.B.). Scarce in the original cream printed dust jacket.; 7" X 9-1/2"; 80 pp; Light wear to covers, several of the records pages have annotations, otherwise the text is clean and unmarked. The jacket has a number of closed tears and areas with small losses including a scrape across the front panel, light soiling to jacket, small stains and a brief pen annotation to rear panel, protected by mylar cover.
