Thie was his first book. The first very scarce printing was UK, but even this American is difficult. Some dusting and foxing at top page edges, and traces on rear panel; two short 1/3" inch closed tears to d.j., and at foot of rear board. A very good copy in v.g.-, d.j. Let me reiterate; a tough book.
