The first edition of only 500 copies sold out immediately, and this 2nd edition of an additional 500 was printed soon after. The same d.j.'s were used for both editions with the limitation inked out by the publisher on the rear panel. The book is Out of Print in either edition. A fine copy in d.j., at cover price.
