This is the Thesis submitted to the University of California at Riverside in partial satisfaction of the requirements of the degree of Master of Arts in Music by Margo Armbruster Halsted in June of 1973. Laid in are two autograph letters signed by Margo Halsted, then the Acting University Carillonneur, together with a program of Music for a Market Day in Antwerp, Belgium composed and arranged by J. F. Volckerick, who was the City Carillonneur of Antwerp from 1835 to 1863, and performed by Halsted. . Covers mildly toned and slightly worn, else fine; unmarked, tight, and square. Scarce.
