The blue boards are very worn and darkened, ribbons that closed portfolio are torn, spine backstrip is torn from the front and half torn from rear board. Contains 24 tipped-in color plates, 35 black and white full-page architectural drawings and 44 in-text illustrations. Paper is tanned and there are some edge tears. A few of the tipped-in illustrations have come loose. All orders packed with care, dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011
