Catalog measures 8-1/2" x 10-1/2" and has 255 pages including index, and is printed on quality coated paper. Photos are in color and some are oversized. The auction was held on September 20, 2006 in the Grand Havana Room in New York City where bidders took their chances for 365 lots.
