If urban topics such as sewers, catch basins, standard pipe, manholes, pavements, traffic dividers, and other such mundane necessities, you'll appreciate these detailed drawings with added numbers and descriptions.The book is very large at 11" x 17" and has 70 pages. there are some small tears to the edges of the back cover which I have mended with archival tape at the reverse side. the front cover has a white sticker on the lower outer corner and a number in red at the upper one. Next to the area ato the top spine is a blemish caused most likely by a price sticker. The pages are clean and there is no writing.
