Very nice clean book with just a small bit of wear to bottom edge of spine and a slight bit of softness to corners. Clean as a whistle inside and out. An early owner's name and the date 1938 penciled in on front free endpaper, but could easily be removed if desired. There's also an unused ownership sticker at front pastedownt which looks rather nice (see third picture). Book measures 4-1/4"x6-3/4" and has 466 pages plus an index and interesting travel ads at back. Covers British Guiana, British Honduras, the Bermudas, the Spanish Main and the Panama Canal. Illustrated with maps and black and white plates. A short tear to first map has been repaired by me on reverse side with non-browning archival tape.
