"Barbwire Bill was my father and in 1931 he moved his family from Willmar in South-eastern Saskatchewan north some 350 miles to Eldersley. Some members of my family have been anxious that I record this event for future generations, and in so doing the story has mushroomed into the following book." - Foreword. Prior owner's name atop front free endpaper. Moderate wear to blue boards lettered in silver. Binding intact. No dust jacket, presumably as issued. A sound copy of this excellent family history and genealogical reference to the author's branches of the Edmunds and Fletcher families.
