Includes a diagram for each hole from tee to green and yardage at various intervals. A plastic see-through range finder with yards and meters marked is attached to the book by string and can be repositioned on any page in the pocket size booklet. Measures about 3.5 X 6 inches. Stapled paper covers in a plastic protector. Published in West Yorkshire, England, no date but circa 1980s.
