Shelf wear and rubbing wear along the extremities. The rear endpaper is separated from the binding, but still adhered to the rear board. Interior clean and free of writing or marks, except for a previous owner name to front endpapers: "J.C. Benko, 631. Aero Sqdn." The 631st was an Aero Supply Squadron. H.P. McCain, the Adjutant General who approved these regulations was Henry Pinckney McCain, a distant uncle of U. S. Senator John McCain. H.P. McCain set up the World War I draft and became known as the father of Selective Service. 462 pages, illustrated with drawings and diagrams, some fold-out.
