Plenty of other recognizable names pop out at you from the table of contents, such as Kitty-Clemens Gotwals (a cousin of Mark Twain), Ulysses S. Grant V (you figure that one out), Josepha Heifetz (daughter of Jascha), Jarvis Rockwell (Norman's son), Irving Thalberg Jr., Paul Whiteman Jr., Lawrence Tibbett Jr. -- you get it, Junior.
