Also: a one-page profile of American International Pictures, with extensive quotations from its chairman and president Samuel Z. Arkoff; a "Filmmakers Notebook" feature about the use of widescreen systems; and a lengthy report on that year's Tehran International Film Festival, by Betty Jeffries Demby. And as typical for this publication, a substantial amount of space is devoted to news of interest to filmmakers (much of it concerning equipment and techniques for 8mm and videotape formats), product reviews, reviews of technical film books, etc.
