[very light shelfwear, faint soiling to bottom edges of covers, a tiny bit of scuffing along edge of rear cover; jacket shows light wear at extremities, closed tear at top edge of front panel]. INSCRIBED and SIGNED ("Pam M") by the author on the front endpaper. Supposedly to redress the alleged problem that "until now, there has been little humor in women's liberation," the author in this tome "lets down the hair of the liberated woman [and] introduces a little levity -- and a good deal of common sense as well -- into the somber arena of sexual politics." The author, a sometime actress and screenwriter, had liberated herself from her second husband, actor James Mason, in 1964, but apparently thought better of dumping his surname too. Signed by Author
