[light handling wear only, no folds or creases other than inherent in the design, discreet blue-ink underlining of several features listed under "Available Equipment and Accessories"]. (color photographs and graphics) A terrific piece of Fordabilia, a quarter-folded advertisement touting all the marvelous features of the T-Bird's 1957 model (its third year of production, and the last of the car's so-called first generation). It raves on about the "thoroughbred dash and limousine luxury -- as only the Thunderbird can blend them, with sidebar highlighting of "Power Assists," "Accessories," etc., including a nice spread of 26 of the "sparkling two-tone color combinations" that were available, along with "six gorgeous all-vinyl interiors -- each color-keyed to the exterior finish of your choice!" The colorful brochure is of horizontal design, measuring 12" x 6.5" when folded (pictured) and 24" x 13" when unfolded, and is printed on both sides. Most of the imagery features handsome fellows at the wheel, with various attractive women scattered about to emphasize the car's power as a babe magnet (nothing too subliminal going on here). There's a fine-print section with all the specs, too, for the prospective buyer who's more interested in the shot-peened, finer-pitch helical gears than in the car's ability to impress the ladies.
