[minor shelfwear, some fading to top edges of boards and topstain; the jacket is a bit surface-worn, with some minor wrinkling, a couple of tiny edge-tears, an itty-bitty chip at the top right corner of the front panel, very slight fading to a triangular area at the bottom of the front panel, a vertical wrinkle in the front flap (apparently a printing flaw, as some of the printed words are a bit "squeezed") and short diagonal creases at the corners of the rear flap]. SIGNED boldly (no inscription) by the author on the half-title page. A landmark in feminist literature, with Ms. Greer putting forth her central thesis "that as wives, employees, mothers, and lovers, women are not only still body and soul in bondage to men, but are deformed by them -- made into eunuchs." ****NOTE that additional postage charges will be assessed for international shipping of this moderately heavy book; if this concerns you, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. As always at ReadInk, domestic Media Mail shipping is free.**** Signed by Author
